Private-client fee schedule
Clear standard residential appraisal fees based on gross living area (GLA). Serving Fulton, Gwinnett, Forsyth, Cherokee, Hall, DeKalb, Rockdale, Barrow, Dawson, Cobb, and other north metro Atlanta counties upon request.
Appraisal fees by living area
Fees below apply to standard private-client residential assignments. Select your approximate GLA (sq ft) when you book, or request & pay after we confirm your order.

Notes: For 8,001–8,900 sq ft, contact us to confirm fee. Properties over 15,000 sq ft or complex/unique assignments are quoted individually. Fees shown are for standard residential assignments; rush, complex, or multi-unit may differ. Lender/AMC fees may differ from private-client rates.
How payment works
Pay online: On the Book / Pay page, select your GLA band, schedule via Calendly, then use the matched Stripe Test Payment Link. For live cards, Activate payments in the Stripe Dashboard.
Submit a booking request with your property details and preferred timing. After we confirm the assignment and fee, you can pay with the matched link for your GLA package (or we can send a secure Stripe link).
