The firm provides independent, USPAP-compliant appraisals for private clients and for lenders and appraisal management companies (AMCs).

Principal

Alexander L. is a Georgia Certified Residential real estate appraiser (License CR252213) and has been appraising since 2002. That experience informs every assignment—whether a straightforward residential home, a high-end property, new construction, an investment or rental appraisal, or land, waterfront, and acreage work.
